While I type during the second intermission of the Stanley Cup finals I am reminded that I am getting lucky that all my gigs are on "off nights" during the final round of Cup play.
tommorrow night (tuesday) I am performing ambient improvised guitar/laptop music for a book launch for novelist Darryl Whetter. It is from 730-9pm at the Cameron House on Queen St. There is no cover and I hope you can drop by.

I am enjoying his new book. It is bike-fiction where they go back and forth between biking and personal experiences. It is a really good look at the challenges of living life and then making it to the top of the next hill.

We had fun in the Bike Lanes on Bloor parade across Bloor Street on Sunday. My nine year old son had the loudest protest voice in the rally...I was proud...hope there are bike lanes on Bloor by the time he is old enough to use them on his own.
