A frustrating night tonight (but no big deal) Not only did I miss my pal Rob Clutton's show at the Red Guitar but I finally got out of the house just before midnight and The Bad Plus were done too. rats!!

I guess a big part of relationships is compromise and tonight I was the first star in that game. The thing that bugs me (a little) is that Julie went to see a movie which could happen almost any night where as I wanted to see live, improvised music that will literally never happen again. (sigh.....)

I don't think I will open that can of worms.
