I am quite suprised and amazed (maybe naive) that the Ontario Arts Council does not commission jazz composers.

I hope they are reading my blog. time to step up to the plate folks! It is 2003, jazz is not a 32 bar
artform any longer...hasnt been for a while.

Oh well, call you local MP....hahaha
