I am just post-yoga (I love saying that) and I can't believe I am making Kraft Dinner for Leo (yah, probably me too)
I love how Yoga makes me feel. It really lets you focus on parts of your body...ie. my (still) sore ankle or my fat gut that pushes towards my face in some positions.
Our instructor is great and I like the community feel as I get to know some of the others a little bit.
