I am tired tonight. took both kids swimming as I do now on wednesdays. That may be the ultimate parenting test. two kids, (2 and 5) diapers, winterclothes, bathing suits, running, screaming, water everywhere (I mean the changeroom!)

I napped from 8-10 tonight and I am still tired!!

Might go for a walk. sky is clear and the air is crisp. (wish I didnt have a sore foot)
